If your preferred date is already booked, have you thought about exploring other dates? Consider this: Saturdays are in high demand and typically come with a higher rate. Shifting your event to a Friday or Sunday not only opens up more possibilities but can also offer a more budget-friendly option. Opting for a Monday-Thursday event can bring your costs down even more!
It’s quite common for brides to choose non-Saturday dates for their weddings, and it might be the perfect solution for you. We’re here to help you find the ideal date that suits both your preferences and budget. Feel free to reach out, and let’s make your celebration at Del’avant a reality!
Pricing
To secure your desired date, we require a 20% deposit.
Additionally, you are entitled to a complimentary one-hour rehearsal on a day preceding your rented date, subject to availability based on our weekly schedule.
For our valued non-profit partners hosting events to support their cause, we offer special pricing. Enjoy a discounted rate of $750 for the Ballroom or $350 for the Parlor or Rooftop on Monday through Thursday. Please note that if there is an event the night before, access to the venue will begin at noon.
Holiday celebrations are unique, and we want to make them special for you. On December 31st, pricing aligns with our Saturday night rate. For July 4th, it will be priced as a Sunday (unless it falls on a Saturday, in which case it will have the Saturday rate). Monday holidays, including Martin Luther King, Labor Day, and Memorial Day, will be priced at the Sunday rate. We are committed to making your special occasions at Del’avant both memorable and accommodating.
Wedding Coordinator Services
Enhance your wedding experience with our optional Wedding Coordinator Service for an additional $1250.
With this exclusive package, our dedicated Wedding Coordinator, Anna Knight, will guide you through the entire process. She’ll be there for the rehearsal, directing everyone on where to stand and ensuring a smooth ceremony. Anna will also coordinate with all vendors, crafting a detailed wedding day timeline—from vendor arrivals to the bridal party’s entrance and photography sessions.
During the reception, Anna will usher guests between rooms, introduce the bridal party and the newlyweds, and coordinate special moments like the first dance and cake cutting. Anna’s support extends all the way to the departure of the happy couple. Rest assured, she’s dedicated to ensuring every detail aligns perfectly for your special day.

Bring Your Own Caterer
At Del’avant, your vision is our priority. While we offer a preferred vendor list, you are welcome to bring in any vendor of your choice – and the best part? There are no additional fees for hiring a caterer not on our list.
Your event at Del’avant is about creating the perfect experience, and that includes having the ideal food and beverage provider that suits your preferences. This accommodating approach sets us apart from other event centers and can be a game-changer for your event budget.
Here’s why Del’avant stands out:
- No Caterer License Requirement: We don’t insist that your caterer holds a specific license.
- Bring Your Own Alcohol: Feel free to bring your own alcohol, and we don’t have any strict requirements for licensed bartenders.
- No Minimums: Since you can bring your own food and alcohol, we don’t impose any minimums on your food and beverage orders.
